个人决的是A.stay虽然和is在某些时候都是系动词,但He stayed excited during the football match.这句里边excited是一形容词,当动词跟在stay后的时候,就是要跟原形,和say的用法有点相同

这个句子是与现在事实相反（这个我也不太肯定了，太久没做过了）主句用过去式，从句用SHOULD+动词原形，而主句STAYED就用了过去式，它本来就是一个虚拟的就想SUGGEST用到虚拟语气时，应该是SHOULD+动词原形，所以STAYED后面就是用动词原形，
也就是说个人觉得是虚拟语气，
